Senior Associate
Ghadeer Said Al Shahry is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Said Al Shahry & Partners (EASLO). She joined the firm in September 2017 and has extensive experience advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Her practice focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory matters. She regularly advises clients on company incorporations, share transfers, capital restructuring, corporate governance frameworks, shareholders’ resolutions and compliance with applicable Omani laws and regulations.
Ghadeer has also been involved in significant corporate transactions and IPO-related matters, including advising on corporate restructuring, regulatory requirements, corporate governance arrangements and the preparation and review of transaction documentation.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law from the Modern College of Business and Science and is fluent in Arabic and English.
